Saw this circulating, thought I’d fill it out for me :)
156IQ (StdDev 24, 137 on StdDev16 scale)
Got a 2000+ on my SATs without really trying too hard or prepping much.
Technically, I’m genius, yes, but do I think of myself as genius? No.
I can always be better and there are always improvements to be made.
Ehhh, no. I am perceived as extremely analytical and an excellent planner, but not a psychopath.
My friends know I have feelings, I only show them partially to close friends or people who can understand me. Even more rarely will I FULLY and TRULY show my feelings.
Sometimes. When people call me cocky it’s because I’m the best at X or Y out of the group. Thus, when I know more than everyone else it’s perceived as cockiness.
Not romantic: Not in an orthodox/traditional sense that most people know as romantic, but yes, I consider myself somewhat romantic.
Arrogant: See cocky. I’m sometimes arrogant to other people’s ideas mostly because I’ve already ran it by my introverted intuition and deemed it inefficient or illogical and the chance of success is lower than the other plans.
Not really. If I know someone thinks I’m a jerk, I couldn’t really care less.
I will no sugarcoat anything for you. If you ask me for my opinion, I will be brutally honest with you. If you didnt want to hear the truth, why did you ask for it?
Occasionally I’ll try to soften the blow if I like you or know that honest opinions dont match you too well (If youre xSFx and someone I care about, I’ll try to soften it for you, but still…)
Plan your death: … what
Appear to be on drugs:
When I’m hypersocialized, I might have a tendency to appear disconnected or braindead, but other than that, no.
They only appear to be contradictions if you don’t understand my thinking process. I can explain how 2 apparently mutually exclusive things can actually co-exist perfectly fine.
Easily bored if not inspired:
Definitely. I often get bored with school/academia because it’s monotonous. Concepts, I understand, the actual work isn’t too hard, but if I lack inspiration I find it completely uninteresting.
